| ATT: Shi Kaiyi, Hu Jing, and Yang Dongmei Take note that an action (the "Writ Action") has been commenced in the Grand Court of the Cayman Islands (the "Court") against you by Jian Ying Ourgame High Growth Investment Fund (In Official Liquidation) (the "Fund") in relation to shares in Ourgame International Holdings Limited (the "Subject Shares") purportedly transferred to you on or around 2 July 2021 by Powerful Warrior Limited. In connection with the Writ Action, receivers were appointed over the Subject Shares on 2 September 2021. The Court has authorised service on you in this manner. You are required to make an appearance and the action will proceed against you in default of acknowledgement of service. To be provided with all relevant documents in relation to this matter, please email the Cayman Islands attorneys of the Fund, Walkers (Cayman) LLP ("Walkers") at ourgame@walkersglobal.com at your earliest convenience, and in any event, by no later than 16 May 2024. Without prejudice to any other right to apply for default judgment, in the event that you do not contact Walkers during this period, the Fund intends to apply to the Court to obtain judgment in default against you. |
